THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES OF OUTSOURCING OF LOGISTICS FUNCTIONS

Dynamic and uncertain market environment poses new managerial tasks that require reconfiguration of all the structural elements and sub-systems of business management with a view to continuously adapting to external and internal changes. Under these conditions it is becoming important to study the problems of how to form a mechanism of delegating certain logistics business function to third parties through the use of outsourcing.
\nThe purpose of the research is to develop theoretical principles of the organization of outsourcing logistics functions of industrial enterprises in the market economy.
\nThe object of the research is the decision-making process regarding the use of outsourcing logistics functions of industrial enterprises.
\nThe subject of the study is a set of theoretical foundations and practical problems in logistics outsourcing of industrial enterprises.
\nThe study showed that by using outsourcing, enterprises seek primarily to increase the efficiency and quality of business processes, to focus on the core areas as well as free up resources and reduce the costs of operation of the individual processes. Success depends on the efficiency of enterprises in the implementation of their own potential through effective management of the key business processes. However, the features and specificity of each individual enterprise make it difficult to objectively assess its readiness to implement logistics outsourcing. It is emphasized that the development of theoretical principles of organization of outsourcing logistics functions of an industrial enterprise is of vital importance. Outsourcing logistics functions can be regarded as a process of institutionalization of logistics interaction space. The feature of the created institutions and organizational routines is explained by their relation to a particular functional area of logistics.
\nTheoretical principles of the organization of outsourcing logistics functions of industrial enterprises are formulated, which make the basis for restructuring of the enterprise top management thinking and forming a strategy aimed at creating an effective structure of mutually beneficial relations with partner companies. The proposed theoretical principles of the efficient organization of outsourcing logistics functions justify and provide functioning and system interaction of a complex of logistics management elements with their focus on solving the problems of a particular company.
