ДЖЕРЕЛА ФОРМУВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВИХ РЕСУРСІВ РЕГІОНУ

Анотація

The purpose of the article is to study the sources of the formation of financial resources of the region, analysis of the composition and dynamics of financial resources of the Vinnitsa region and their impact on economic development. Methodology of research. Solving the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of such general scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and synthesis, a dialectical approach. Findings. In the article the essence of financial resources of the region is considered, sources and elements of the financial resource base of the region are investigated. The composition and dynamics of financial resources of Vinnitsa oblast (financial resources of the population, enterprises and local budget) for 2015–2017 years are analyzed. The problems of formation and use of financial resources of the region are determined and the problems for solving them are proposed. Practical value. The article substantiates that the introduction of the proposed measures may contribute to an increase in the amount of money for the development of the region.
