GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FOR LENDING TO SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESS IN UKRAINE: STATISTICAL SURVEY

Анотація

The place of small and medium business in the economy of Ukraine is considered. An analysis of trends in the current state of bank lending to small and medium-sized businesses, including the amount of loans granted to businesses by their size is carried out; loan maturity structures; dynamics of credit rates by size of the entity and type of currency. The directions of financialstate support of small and medium business due to quarantine restrictions and the war in Ukraine are outlined. The characteristic features, main advantages and disadvantages of the program «Affordable loans 5-7-9%» are given. Emphasis is placed on the main innovations of the state financial support of the sowing campaign and the intensification of entrepreneurship during the war. The analysis of the number of concluded loan agreements under the program «Available loans 5-7-9%» and their amounts, the structure of loans in terms of program objectives (investment, crisis, refinancing) and the structure of the loan portfolio by type of economic activity is carried out. The list of banks of Ukraine that cooperate with the state program is given and statistical data of the loan portfolio on the purposes of financing for the TOP-5 banks are given.
