FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT AND METHOD OF OPTIMAL MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Анотація

Introduction. The retrospective analysis shows negative trends in ensuring the resource reproduction of agricultural enterprises both on the national scale and in a specific region. The problem of unbalance of agricultural enterprises management and resources dynamics does not allow us to thinks about the effectiveness of management practices. Therefore, it cannot be the basis for sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the national economy. In this way, the main priority of improving the resource potential management is the formation of a new management vision for effective resource management. Methods. Studies were conducted on the basis of abstract and logical, economic and mathematical methods. The methodological basis in preparing the material made dialectical method of knowledge of social and economic phenomena. Results. The prerequisites for the formation of rational managerial behaviour are analysed in the course of the research. It is established that it is possible to solve the problems of ensuring the stability of the resource potential and financial and economic performance by finding a compromise option that requires an economic substantiation. It is proved that the concept of resource potential management should be based on the principles of optimal resource management. It is proposed to use the principles of dynamic programming in the resource potential management system of agricultural enterprises. Discussion. Effective management of resource potential is possible to create through the formation of methodological tools for solving the problem of time contradictions of production and marketing tasks. But this process should be based on a rational environmental policy through the high dependence of agricultural enterprises on the natural factor. So, the natural advantages of resource potential form the ecological potential of an agricultural enterprise. Ecological potential is the basis for the development of economic potential. At the same time, economic advantages can be the result of an effective production program and good marketing strategy. These positions are the basis of a promising mechanism for resource managing of an agricultural enterprise.
