Анотація
The article is devoted to the theoretical and applied principles of the evolutionary development of the enterprise management system and the transitional changes that accompany this process. The main stages of paradigmatic shifts in the economy and their impact on changes in the enterprise management system are considered. A qualitative description of the main stages of paradigm shifts and transitional changes in management systems, which affects the innovation potential of the enterprise. The scheme of gradual transformation of the enterprise management system under the influence of innovative changes is offered.
