SEPARATE ISSUES OF PROVIDING THE NON-MANUFACTURING SPHERE IN UKRAINE

Анотація

According to Art. 3 of the Constitution of Ukraine declares that a person, his life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security are recognized as the highest social value in Ukraine. Human rights and freedoms and their guarantees determine the content and direction of state activity. The state is responsible to the people for its activities. Affirmation and provision of human rights and freedoms is the main duty of the state. Moreover, according to Art. 42 of the Basic Law of Ukraine, the state must protect the rights of consumers, control the quality and safety of products and all types of services and works, and promote the activities of consumer public organizations [1].
