PROTECTION OF THE MONETARY AND CREDIT SYSTEM UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE

Анотація

The development of the domestic economy throughout the entire period of Ukraine's independence is accompanied by internal crises and the influence of negative external factors, which requires authorities to flexibly adapt to structural imbalances in economic relations. This is especially relevant now, in the conditions of the war in Ukraine. All authorities must promptly respond to the large number of challenges that arise every day. Today, the issue of conducting an effective monetary policy is extremely relevant for Ukraine. After all, it is the effectiveness of the monetary policy that has an exclusively direct influence on the financial state of the state and on the development of the economy as a whole. It was determined that the rapid growth of consumer inflation to the level of 26.6% in 2022 is mostly related to the consequences of military operations on the territory of Ukraine: the disruption of supply chains, the destruction of factories and the related reduction in the supply of goods and services and the increase in the costs of economic entities, as well as transferring to prices the adjustment of the official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the US dollar. It was noted that in the future for Ukraine, a promising opportunity for the stable development of the national economy could be the creation of a free trade zone with the EU and related changes in many directions (legislative support, compliance with standards and requirements for products, development of appropriate monetary policy mechanisms etc).
