АНАЛІЗ РЕЗУЛЬТАТІВ ДОСЛІДНО-ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ З ФОРМУВАННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ МАЙБУТНЬОГО ФАХІВЦЯ МУНІЦИПАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

Анотація

The article gives an analysis of the results of the research and experimental work on forming competitiveness of the future professional of the municipal economy. A review of the scientific literature on the issues of training competitiveness of the future professional in the field of higher education, in particular, a professional in the field of economics, is presented. The author informs that in order to test the hypothesis about the effectiveness of the scientific system for forming the competitiveness of the future professional of the municipal economy, a pedagogical experiment was conducted, in which the students of the Faculty of Economics were involved, and the main tasks of the experiment are indicated.The author concludes that it is necessary to introduce into the educational process the scientific system of forming the competitiveness of future professionals of the municipal economy, which allows forming the needs-motivation, cognitive-operational and reflective-evaluative components of the mentioned characteristic. In addition, the criteria and indicators of the formation of each component of the competitiveness of students are determined.It is noted that the demand-motivation criterion is studied using the indicators of motivation for professional training, motivation for success / failure and the need for achievements. The formation of the cognitive-operational component of the competitiveness of future professionals in the municipal economy is determined by evaluating the cognitive-activity criterion (using the indicators of professional competences, foreign language competence and adaptability) and the personal criterion (using the indicators of creativity, autonomy, risk-taking and social skills). The analysis of the level of formation of the reflective-evaluative component is determined using the reflective criterion of reflectivity.Information is provided that the check-up of the competitiveness forming of future economists at the end of the experiment showed significant positive changes in all components of competitiveness in the experimental group of students. The author presents a table of the results of the experiment and comparative histograms demonstrating changes of cognitive-activity and personal criteria. It is concluded that the positive changes that took place in the level of formation of the cognitive-activity criterion of the competitiveness of future professionals, indicate the effectiveness of the suggested correction of the curricula for the disciplines selected to actualize the topic of competitiveness of the professional’s personality and his/her competence at the labor market. Summarizing the overall results of experimental work, the author concludes that the developed scientific-methodical system of forming the competitiveness of the future specialist of the municipal economy is proved effective.
