THE PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SECURITY OF HEALTH CARE IN UKRAINE AGAINST UKRAINE’S CANDIDATE FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE EU

In the article is analyzed the prospects for the development of administrative and legal provision of health care in Ukraine against the background of Ukraine's application for EU membership.Ukraine's acquisition of the status of a candidate for membership in the European Union in June 2022 significantly intensified the adaptation process initiated by the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their member states, on the other hand national legislation to European standards.priority directions for the further development of the administrative and legal provision of health care in Ukraine against the background of Ukraine's application for EU membership include: strengthening cooperation within the EU4Health Program, which is a tool for implementing EU policy in the field of health care and can support and encourage innovations regarding medicines and medical devices, as well as products related to crisis situations in Ukraine; improving the regulation of relations regarding crossborder cooperation of health care institutions and the provision of cross-border medical services; full adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the EU acquis by removing the norm, which would have provided for the clarification of the fact of the absence or presence of the violated intellectual property right (patent connection) by the body for registration of medicinal products in the EU, from the Law of Ukraine On Medicinal Products; development of regulatory frameworks for patient safety, including prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections (implement patient safety guidelines, recommendations and best practices; promote Vda a perspektivy 11(42)2024
