Infrastructure support for small and medium entrepreneurship in Russia: current status and prospects
Анотація
The article examines the main aspects of infrastructure support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Russia. The relationship between national programs, strategies, and support for small businesses is characterized. The effectiveness of infrastructure support for SMEs is assessed across Russia as a whole, as well as in the Donetsk People’s Republic. SME support measures implemented by existing infrastructure support organizations are described. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the functions of each infrastructure facility and their contribution to SME development. A functional matrix of infrastructure support for SMEs in the Russian Federation has been developed. It integrates various institutions and areas of SME support. Its practical implementation allows for assessing the effectiveness of various tools and identifying critical areas of small business support, while reducing duplication of functions and improving the targeting of support.
