FORMATION OF LABOR POTENTIAL: THEORETICAL ASPECTS
Анотація
The formation, development and effective use of labor potential is the key task of our country today, tomorrow and in the future. Today, in the conditions of Russia’s military aggression and migration processes, in the conditions of the post-war period, these are extremely important issues, the solution of which is of national importance and takes an appropriate amount of time and requires the use of appropriate management methods, tools and mechanisms. Labor potential is the main source of post-war economic development. For this, it is necessary to implement a mechanism for the return of labor potential to the homeland, investment programs for the restoration of housing, civil infrastructure, a program to stimulate business development, and update and modernize the education system.
