Анотація

The article is devoted to an overview of the features of the integration of the main principles of inclusiveness, circular economy, resource-efficient clean production in the mechanism of public-private partnership to achieve the goals of sustainable development during the post-war reconstruction of the country.The post-war reconstruction of the country is an important urgent task of today.This process requires a large amount of financial resources, the involvement of which is limited due to the loss of stability of the economic system and the increase of projected risks from the point of view of potential investors.One of the effective mechanisms for attracting such financial resources is the public-private partnership mechanism, which allows attracting investment financial resources as a result of the managed distribution of possible risks between partners, one of which is the state as a subject of authority, which has the ability to provide guarantees to a private partner.As a result of a mutually beneficial partnership, a socially significant result is achieved.The main goal of sustainable development is to create an economic model that is balanced with the environment and does not have a negative impact on it, the result of which can be uncontrolled critical global changes, in particular, climate changes, which are a consequence of the industrial economy of continuous consumption.Achieving such a goal of sustainable development is possible based on the principles of inclusiveness, circular economy and resourceefficient clean production.The implementation of these principles, in turn, requires significant financial resources, which can be attracted thanks to the public-private partnership mechanism.Thus, a socially significant result, namely an economic system that ensures the achievement of the goals of sustainable development, built on the principles of inclusiveness, circular economy and resource-efficient clean production, is achieved with the help of a public-private partnership mechanism and allows for the post-war reconstruction of the country, which will harmonize with environment.Purpose.Overview of the features of the integration of the main principles of inclusiveness, circular economy, resource-efficient clean production in the PPP mechanism to achieve the goals of sustainable development during the post-war reconstruction of the country.Method.The purpose of the research is achieved using the method of review analysis and synthesis of results.Results.A socially significant result, namely an economic system that ensures the achievement of the goals of sustainable development, built on the principles of inclusiveness, circular economy and resource-efficient clean production, is achieved with the help of a public-private partnership mechanism and allows for the post-war reconstruction of the country, which will harmonize with the environment.Scientific novelty.For the first time, the idea of using the mechanism of public-private partnership to solve the problem of post-war reconstruction of the state in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development based on the principles of inclusiveness, circular economy and resource-efficient clean production was proposed.Practical importance.The results of the study make it possible to implement the process of post-war recovery of the country's economy, which will develop in accordance with the goals of sustainable development and harmonize with the surrounding natural environment.
