INCLUSIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A FACTOR OF ECONOMIC GROWTH: MACROECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF UKRAINE

Serhii A. Hrozhyn

Анотація

The article examines the essence and theoretical foundations of the concept of inclusive entrepreneurship, as well as its potential role in ensuring economic stability and stimulating economic growth. Based on analytical materials from international organizations, in particular the OECD and the European Commission, the study analyzes the scale of unrealized entrepreneurial potential, manifested in the form of so-called “missing entrepreneurs”, and identifies the key barriers to their participation in entrepreneurial activity. The methodological framework of the study includes general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, and comparison), as well as applied approaches, in particular scenario analysis. A formalized approach is proposed to assess the macroeconomic impact of inclusive entrepreneurship development through its influence on gross domestic product and employment, taking into account business survival rates and additional multiplier effects. Based on the conducted calculations, a scenario-based assessment of the potential contribution of inclusive entrepreneurship to the Ukrainian economy is provided. The results indicate that even partial realization of the entrepreneurial potential of broader population groups can lead to GDP growth, increased employment, and the formation of additional sources of economic dynamics. The findings confirm the relevance of integrating inclusive entrepreneurship into the system of public economic policy as an important tool for post-war recovery and long-term development.
