<em>The article deals with the peculiarities of the implementation of the state energy policy of Ukraine as an important component of ensuring state security. The main stages of implementation of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine are presented. The problematic aspects of ensuring the state's energy security in modern conditions are highlighted. The conceptual principles of forming the state energy policy of Ukraine as an important component of ensuring state security are proposed.</em> <strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Energy Strategy of Ukraine, state energy policy, mechanisms of implementation of state energy policy, energy security, state security.</em>
