Scientific Bases Of Public Reinforcement Of Existing Economic Systems

Historical reality reveals the controversial nature of the socio-economic reorganization of humanity towards its future. Therefore, the study is aimed at finding scientific methods for quantifying natural social changes in society related to the change of economic systems as historical inevitability by evolution. In particular, research has revealed that social reorganization is a product of human development in accordance with the requirements of objective economic laws, the occurrence of which is predetermined by the natural triune material, spiritual, and social essence of man himself. Accordingly, a methodology has been developed for the quantitative determination of social changes in the world, as a way towards the formation of a direct social economic system of mankind in its future. The basis of the methodology is the formula for determining the level of labor potential for its dual structure in terms of the elements of human and physical capital, which expresses the level of productive forces and production relations. An example of the calculation of the coefficients of socialization and capitalization of society, as an expression of its social maturity, is given. The scientific recommendations regarding wage management, as the expression of socially socialized production relations, are defined. The wage system is considered as a complex economic category, which has the following stages of formation, namely, the definition of the reproductive level of the minimum wage, additional wages and its stimulating level. The formulas for calculating each of the noted types of the structure of its general level are found. In particular, the stimulating level, as the most problematic on the part of the methodological approach, because its definition is connected with the methodology of calculating the reference and actual ratio of productivity growth and wages. The paper created a formula for calculating this indicator, which combines the following parameters: indices of changes in the level of nominal wages, consumer prices, part of wages in the gross domestic product (actual and normalized) and identified reserves of labor productivity growth. This methodology allows us to comprehensively address issues of the future development of mankind based on a scientific approach.
