Learning and Education in Digital Age: What is an Expectation of the Ukrainian Community?
Анотація
The pandemic of the last two years has sharply marked the problems that have been brewing in society in recent decades. One of these problems is the adoption and recognition of new forms of education based on the widespread use of information technologies. The authors will not argue that this is something new since such technologies used in education have been discussed since at least the mid-90s of the last century. There have been many attempts at their widespread application and recognition of the education obtained in this way. And only the pandemic gave a powerful push for this. The article presents the results of a study of the readiness of the Ukrainian society to accept and recognize new forms of learning and education at the level of those who make decisions about hiring employees for work. An analysis of their understanding and advantages over various educational formats is presented. The opinions regarding the flexibility of learning and the knowledge assessment of future specialists in the context of new world trends are indicated too.
