Evaluation of Ecology Projects for Black Sea Odessa Region on Basis of a Network BOCR Criteria Model

Анотація

An improved decision support method on basis of a network criteria model is proposed in the paper. The criteria include benefits, costs, opportunities and risks from implementation of decision alternatives. It is known that there are several serious ecological problems of the Black Sea associated with pollution. The decision support system, which implements the proposed method, may be used to evaluate activities for solving ecological problems. A network criteria model for evaluation of priorities of projects for improving ecology of the Black Sea coast near the Odessa region in Ukraine is constructed in the paper, using materials of strategy of economic and social development of the Odessa region till 2020 year and estimates, given by Ukrainian experts.
