Анотація
The article presents the results of the analysis of the theoretical and organizational foundations of assessing promising opportunities and unprecedented threats to entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine under martial law, as well as directions for strengthening the entrepreneurial front and social entrepreneurship. A decrease in entrepreneurial activity in all sectors of the economy, a significant imbalance and, at the same time, an increase in social interventionism are noted. Ukraine’s place in the world is analyzed according to the main socio-economic and political-legal indicators, which give disappointing forecasts for the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem for the near indefinite future. The features of the development and main directions of business social responsibility during the war are studied. Social entrepreneurship under martial law is considered as a source of financial and economic support for civil society organizations. The emphasis is strengthened on the need to support various projects with a high level of social effectiveness. The features of the manifestations of business social responsibility under the conditions of the military invasion of Ukraine are identified. New approaches to promoting business social responsibility under martial law are proposed. At the theoretical level, measures have been developed to improve social responsibility projects in wartime. A list of new difficulties and challenges that Ukrainian business faced during the war has been analyzed and described in detail. It is emphasized that Ukrainian socially responsible business currently has no analogues, but is the most powerful and brightest example to follow. The social effectiveness of entrepreneurship during a full-scale war is determined, despite everything else, by the implemented programs and activities in the B2C aspect. It is noted that the effectiveness is influenced by the quality and quantity of social programs to support business (G2B) (grants, consultations, financial assistance), since the level of social responsibility of a business that is on the verge of survival is increasingly correlated with its financial, innovative and economic state. Socially oriented businesses are forced to adapt to chaotic conditions and compete with traditional businesses, which is too difficult a condition.
