Conseptual Content of Infrastructural Support for the Development of Post-Conflict Territories of Luhansk Region in the War Conflict and Pandemic Conditions
Анотація
The article examines the state of infrastructure for the development of the territories of Luhansk region, which are controlled by the Government of Ukraine, in order to create appropriate conditions for effective management of their development and counteract the negative impact of the pandemic. The main types of infrastructure that ensure the development of post-conflict areas have been identified and studied: industrial, housing and communal, social, transport, agricultural and energy. The structure of industrial infrastructure of Luhansk region is revealed. An overall assessment of the economic and social components of the region's infrastructure is given and it is determined that the infrastructure is in an unsatisfactory condition, which cannot provide a sufficient pace of its development. The article proposes the development of the concept of socio-economic development of post-conflict territories in the conditions of international warfare and COVID-19 pandemic.
