In the article, it was investigated that today, in the process of thorough transformations in health care systems, a strategically important task is to ensure high-quality communication interaction between representatives of the medical community, central and local authorities, and the public. It was established that one of the priority tasks of the state in the process of reforming the health care sector is to bring the domestic health care system to international standards, which will allow citizens of Ukraine to receive high-quality medical care in accordance with modern trends and scientific and technical achievements of the medical field in the European community It was emphasized that the priority direction for the development of the health care sector is also the attraction of investments from various sources, including through the improvement of the public-private partnership mechanism. The introduction of innovative technologies and the latest methods of treatment into the health care system, such as, for example, genetic engineering diagnostics, will lead Ukraine to a higher level of development. must be implemented in the process of reforming the industry, such as: structural reorganization, ensuring the quality and availability of medical services, updating the system of financing the industry. Conclusions were made that the improvement of public administration in the field of health care must necessarily include the implementation of a number of measures: substantiation of the forecasted indicators of the dynamics of the provision of the appropriate volume of medical services and the costs of available resources for their implementation: human, financial, material, etc.; study of the relationship between the structure and volume of expenditure of budget funds in the field of health care and indicators of the results of the field (morbidity and mortality of the population). Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and expansion of the complex of preventive measures.
