STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INNOVATION PROCESS IN UKRAINE USING DIGITALIZATION

It is noted that attracting or stimulating investment in the country in the conditions of war can be a difficult task, but not impossible. Strategies for attracting investments in the conditions of modern challenges are considered. Such strategies are proposed to include: provision of legal protection; stabilization of the economy; creating an investment climate; communication and marketing; work with international partners; infrastructure development; attraction of foreign investors; focus on sectors with potential for economic growth; fight against corruption; gradual de-escalation of the conflict.It is noted that each of the selected strategies should include specific implementation mechanisms and programs, including the use of modern digital technologies.The main strategies that can be used by entrepreneurs to attract investors during a military conflict are considered. Such strategies are proposed to include: online platforms for crowdfunding; appeal to investment funds and organizations; participation in conferences and events; networking and partnerships; attracting the attention of mass media; grants and funding from organizations; preparation of a professional presentation; participation in competitions; organization of presentations for investors; Internet platforms for social financing.It is noted that the relevance of digitalization is due to many reasons, namely: digital technologies create new opportunities for the development of innovative products and services; investors are looking for promising companies that actively use these technologies to create competitive advantages; enterprises implementing digital solutions can increase their competitiveness through optimization of business processes, improvement of product quality and customer service; digital technologies allow companies to enter international markets faster and easier, which expands the range of possible investment objects for investors; investments in digital infrastructure,such as high-speed Internet connections and computing power, can contribute to the development of the economy and the growth of the value of technology companies; digital technologies make it possible to create new markets and business models, which can attract investments in innovative startups and enterprises; digitalization contributes to the development of the startup ecosystem, which can be interesting for investors looking for new and promising investment opportunities, etc.
