Main directions of reforming healthcare legislation in Ukraine

Анотація

The main directions of reforming the legislation in the field of health care in Ukraine are investigated. Namely, the attention was paid to the state and level of health of the population in the state. The norms and provisions of the current legislative acts that are ineffective and require significant improvement and alignment with the real relations in the medical sector are analyzed. The main aspects of the bills proposed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which are designed to create an effective mechanism for the financing of the provision of medical services and medical products, as well as to ensure the availability and quality of medical care in Ukraine are outlined
