Digitization of Business Models of Metallurgical Enterprises to Ensure Efficiency in the Era of "Industry 4.0"
Анотація
The purpose of the article is to study the impact of digitalization of business models of metallurgical enterprises on the effectiveness and efficiency of their activities in the era of "Industry 4.0". Industry 4.0 is considered as a concept of digital success of enterprises; an integrated model of a modern digital enterprise is described. The quantitative and qualitative possibilities of digitalization of the metallurgical industry enterprises are characterized. The most successful experience of digitalization of the leaders of the Ukrainian metallurgical industry based on the concept of Industry 4.0 is presented.
