Sectoral Distribution of the National Economy in the Context of Managing the Changes of Regulatory Policy

Introduction. Economic and mathematical methods are an important tool for managing changes in the regulatory policy of the development of the national economy at the present stage of development. Today, the question of modeling the relationship between the development of the national economy and regulatory policy, and, in particular, the division of sectors of the national economy by sectors within the framework of management of changes in regulatory policy.

\nPurpose. The purpose of the study is to determine the sectors of a three-dimensional management matrix of the changes in the regulatory policy of the development of the national economy, the nature and direction of the changes, and to follow-up for each particular field.

\nResults. The simulation of the interrelations between the development of the national economy and the regulatory policy is explored. It is determined that zoning of the three-dimensional change management matrix allows to divide the sectors of the national economy by sectors and determine the nature, direction and orientation of further actions for each particular sphere. The zoning of the three-dimensional matrix of management changes in the regulatory policy of the national economy development and the inter-zonal division of spheres: vertical zoning (zones of passive and active changes), horizontal transverse zoning (zones of fixation and transformation) and horizontal-longitudinal zoning (zones of correction and protection) are presented. It is established that the general distribution of spheres between the zones of the matrix determines the profile of changes in the regulatory policy of the development of the national economy. The matrix sectors are distinguished, depending on the relation between zones of a three-dimensional matrix according to different parameters. \nConclusions. It is determined that zoning of the matrix allows to divide the national economy sectors by sectors and determine the nature, direction and orientation of further actions for each particular sphere. Management of changes in regulatory development policy based on constructed profiles using the zoning tool will direct the vector of regulatory influence in the desired direction.
