Анотація
The article deals with the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of machine-building enterprises, which is based on the organizational, economic and innovative component and consists of subjects, objects, principles, forms, methods, and tools, means of provision. The purpose and the result of its use on the enterprises of machine-building industry are determined.
