Анотація

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists, the author’s definition of homework is proposed, which suggests to understand the kind of flexible employment which involves a skilled or unskilled work activity of a person who does not have a strict attachment to the material objects located at the place the location of the employer, including on-line mode with the use of modern means and types of telecommunications, which allows to maintain direct contact in different premises or cities. The most characteristic signs of home work are singled out.
