SWOT-ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF OWNERSHIP RELATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE TRANSITIVE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Анотація

The article considers an important theoretical issue of determining the state of economic property relations, the nature of which depends on the course of general destructive socio-economic processes and the emergence of so-called specific deformation processes in society. The article proves that the appearance of specific destructions is caused by the current state of development of state and private property during the reconstruction of the capitalist economy in Ukraine. It is determined in the paper that the diagnosis of property relations can be carried out at the levels of institutionally-personified subjects and with the use of matrix method and swot-analysis. The results of the assessment of the state of property relations showed that each of its forms has "weaknesses" and "strengths", "threats" and "opportunities". The author considers the negative and positive effects that demonstrate public and private forms of ownership, and in their entirety produce the strengthening of new processes of desocialization of a transitive society.
