Conceptual approaches to unevenness of regional development: management aspect.

Анотація

The article considers the managerial aspect of conceptual approaches to the unevenness of regional development. The current state of regional development management is characterized as a systemic crisis, which means that the economy is simultaneously in a state of structural, institutional, investment, debt, social and other crises. In connection with the above, this means the inadmissibility of using the traditional technique of extrapolation of formed trends for forecasting the regional development of Ukraine and its individual territories. An immediate transition to a new method of forecasting and management of regional development, focused on the search for new opportunities for economic growth based on the activation of existing and creation of new competitive advantages of the Ukrainian economy, is necessary.
