CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW

Анотація

This article is devoted to the formation of the conceptual principles of ensuring the economic security of the business sector in the conditions of martial law. In the conditions of a full-scale war, the issue of national security support becomes primary important, however, a necessary prerequisite for ensuring the completeness of material, resource, monetary, and intellectual support for national security is the support of the economic security of the business sector. Thus, it is important to develop the conceptual principles for ensuring the economic security of the national business sector in current conditions. The article carries out a thorough analysis of the main current and forecast indicators of the state of the national macro-environment in the conditions of a full-scale war, which most fully characterize the favorableness of the national business environment in the context of the opportunities for enterprises to support the economic security of functioning. The main consequences of the influence of the legal regime of martial law and active hostilities on the level of the national economy in terms of structural, sectoral, infrastructural, resource, monetary, fiscal and institutional changes caused by the relevant events have been identified. The impact of active military actions on the stability of the internal economic environment of business structures and management decisions aimed at preserving the existing potential to ensure the necessary level of economic security of the enterprise is determined. The duality of the state regulation influence on the macroeconomic environment in terms of ensuring the economic security of entrepreneurship, and the direct actions of enterprises to support their own stable functioning, is characterized. A list of potential directions for ensuring the economic security of entrepreneurship in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law has been formed, both at the level of subjects of regulatory influence on the macroeconomic environment, and at the level of business structures that, carrying out management activities, ensuring the stability of their own internal environment.
