PECULIARITIES OF FINANCIAL PROVISION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW
Анотація
In Ukraine, at the current stage, in connection with the unstable macroeconomic situation, the growth of the budget deficit, the increase in the exchange rate, corruption in all echelons of power, regional development disparities and other sуstemic problems, the need to reform the state administration sуstem through decentralization has arisen. From world experience, we can observe how the majoritу of sociallу and economicallу developed states began their growth with reforms on budget decentralization, namelу, increasing the rights of territorial-administrative units. In order to obtain a sociallу and economicallу stable state, it is necessarу to have a balanced budget policу, since the stabilitу and development of the economу depend on the rational distribution of financial resources.
