COOPERATIVE BANKS IN THE SYSTEM OF COOPERATIVE RELATIONS: PUBLICMANAGEMENT APPROACH*

Анотація

Particular elements of the foreign experience of cooperative banks functioning for financial and credit services should be used for agricultural producers and rural population of Ukraine. This will solve the actual problems of obtaining investments and loans for the agrarian sector of the national economy and provide financial services to producers and residents of rural areas. An analysis of foreign experience of cooperative banks allows identifying positive implementation practices in Ukraine. The methodology is based on the generally accepted principles of comprehensive research. The content of the concept of “cooperative bank” is disclosed in the process of achieving the stated purpose. The views of scholars on research issues are summarized. The principles and factors influencing the development of cooperative banks are revealed. The practical aspects of cooperative banks abroad are presented. The feasibility of their development in Ukraine is substantiated.
