Peculiarities of realizing the constitutional right to work in quarantine conditions

Анотація

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of realizing the right to work in quarantine conditions. Particularly, it is proved that the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 04.10.2021. No. 2153 About the list of organizations whose representatives are subject to mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine, because according to Article 43, everyone has the right to work and this right is exercised freely in compliance with the principle of equal access to work, and by determining the list of organizations whose representatives are subject to mandatory vaccination against COVID-19, the Ministry of Health has restricted their access to work.
