Higher Education as a Factor of Strengthening Ukraine's Financial Security
Анотація
In the current conditions of society development, higher education is certainly an important factor in the development of the state economy and the strengthening of its financial security. The imperfection of the mechanism of lending to higher education existing in Ukraine and compliant with legislative and regulatory support led to government losses and termination of its functioning. The current situation creates certain negative consequences for ensuring the financial security of Ukraine. There is a need to strengthen the financial security of the country as a whole and its components, in particular, by improving the mechanism of lending to higher education and implementing effective programs for its effective functioning.
