Features of Developing an Online Educational Course for Public Officials: Case from Ukraine
Анотація
The paper reveals the peculiarities of developing online courses for public officials in the context of the need for their education and professional growth caused by decentralization reform implementation. A complex of hard and soft skills, components and requirements of the online course for public officials is offered. The results and advantages of public officials’ online training are obtained using the matrix addition operation. The built graph of relationships between learning outcomes and their benefits reflects the synergistic effect of online learning in public administration.
