Modernization of the economic and property complex management system of the National academy of sciences of Ukraine

Анотація

In 2023 the Institute of Software Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine created and imple mented a computer information and analytical system known as the Digital Real Estate Management System of the NASU. It was aimed at creating effective management of the NASU as a unified economic and property complex. The system is designed to manage the accounting, storage and use of reliable and up-to-date infor mation on real estate, as well as lease and use agreements. The system was developed using a modern software platform without using software from the aggressor country. The article describes a modernized version of the system, in which new subsystems were introduced and existing ones were improved. That allows more efficient management of the property complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
